Disapointment

No loss this week. I may have to start doing things I don't want to so I can lose more weight, like abstain from alcohol one or two nights a week. Grrrr.

5/18 254 lbs
5/25 254 lbs
6/1 250 lbs
6/8 249 lbs
6/15 249 lbs

So we'll see how the next week goes.
